Our Cancellation Policy is 2 hours for sedans, 6 hours for limousines and vans, 24 hours for minibuses and 7 days for motor-coaches. Late cancellations will be billed the minimum charge

To avoid No Show charges, customers that do not make contact with their chauffer must call Professional Livery. Passengers who leave without informing Professional Livery will be charged. Wait time starts 10 minutes after the arrival time at non-airport locations and 20 minutes after the flight arrives at airports. Wait time is billed in 15 minute increments at the hourly rate.
