We collect only the personal data required to ensure that we are able to provide the service that is requested. This data helps to make our reservation process more efficient.

Executive saves data that customers provide (e.g. name, address, phone numbers, email address and credit card and/or billing information) in individual customer account files.

The use of this personal data, including histories of past rides, is used to make the reservation process as efficient as possible.

The most important, and sometimes most sensitive, personal data that is stored in our systems are addresses, ride dates, times, and credit card information. This data is required by Executive in order to deliver the prompt and courteous service you expect and to provide accurate billing procedures.
